CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are looking forward to having you join us for a training course. Please complete the REGISTRATION FORM and return it to us at info@eeservices.co.za
We understand that cancellations or schedule changes are sometimes inevitable. The following policies are necessary to ensure that we stay in business for the next time you join us.
- In the event of an individual named on the registration form cannot attend, we will accept substitution of another candidate on condition that written notification of the substitution has been received by us prior to the course
- If the individual named on the registration form is unable to attend, and cannot or does not wish to transfer their place to the course
- The fee paid may be accepted as payment towards a place on the same or another course that takes place within six months following the originally booked course: or
- Cancellation of attendance within 10 working days an 10% administration fee will be held by EE Services as administration

- In the event of cancellation of a course by EE SERVICES, we will endeavor to inform all candidates a week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another EE SERVICES course. EE SERVICES shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation

All request for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the cost of your booking, as shown below.

PLEASE REMEMBER
A Deposit of 50% must be paid with registration. This will ensure your place in the class registered.The balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to course commencement.
